Who is Crossfit unrestrained?
CrossFit Unrestrained is a strength and conditioning program that is 100% CrossFit and committed to assisting in improving the overall health and fitness of our members. We are not a typical gym where you will see rows of treadmills and elliptical trainers, there are no mirrors, TVs or movie theaters! You will see lots of open space with minimal equipment. You can expect personal attention, intense-effective-programmed workouts and a supportive environment. We want the unrestrained fitness potential to be realized in all our members!
We feel confident that there isn’t a personal training, fitness, or strength and conditioning program anywhere that uses more variety, is more challenging and provides more fun than CrossFit! Once you join the CrossFit community, you will believe it too!
The CrossFit Unrestrained community is a diverse group of people that is committed to living a healthy, active lifestyle. Our membership includes people from all walks of life and all fitness levels: stay at home parents, doctors, nurses, teachers, lawyers, it includes our military, police officers, fire fighters, business executives, elite athletes, local business owners and YOU! Regardless of who you are or how old you are, what you do, or your current fitness level, our workouts are designed for you, and there are no restraints on your personal fitness potential! What do we do?
CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements, executed at high intensity. Put simply, we combine elements of Olympic lifting, gymnastics, running and core conditioning. We work to improve flexibility, strength, speed, endurance and agility. We will jump rope, climb ropes, swing kettle bells, jump on boxes, lift weights and flip tires!
